Programme Details

The DIA programme has been designed with the objective of training Bumiputera in the field of accountancy at a sub professional level. This course is offered at 10 branch campuses throughout the country. The duration of the course is 3 years for full time and 4 years for part-time (epjj).

Entry Requirements

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), or other equivalent qualifications with 5 credits including Bahasa Melayu, English and minimum gred of 5C in Mathematics/Additional Mathematics.

Course Outline

The DIA programme is divided into 6 semesters with the emphasis on inter-disciplinary approach to accounting. Thirty six subjects must be completed to earn the Diploma.

DIA graduates with good academic results may further their studies at any local or foreign institution of higher learning. Among the courses available are :-

The DIA qualification has been recognized by the Government of Malaysia as a sub-professional qualification.
