FKPM - The Management
Formerly known as (Faculty of General Distribution) Faculty of Mass Communication and Media Studies (FKPM) was established in 1972 in collaboration with the University of Ohio and has become the first media learning center in Malaysia.
The Faculty of Communication and Media Studies in UiTM Cawangan Melaka was established in the year 2006 which aims in helping the students to develop their talents and extend their understanding of the processes and practices of various aspects of mass communication. The Faculty of Communication and Media Studies offers 3 different programmes for diploma and degree to students. The programes are MC110, MC111 and MC242.
In accordance with the aim of educating and training students to become a changing agent of Bumiputras in the media industry, the faculty’s vision is to become an excellent academic institution in communication and media as well as to provide a convenient surrounding for the excellence of teaching, learning and research

Faculty Coordinator: Responsible for the faculty-driven assessment of student learning. (1)

Programme Coordinator: Responsible for assisting in planning and coordinating student programs and activities. Ensure the implementation of program policies and practices according to schedule.

Internship Coordinator: responsible responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of an internship program.
