The administrative office of UiTM Cawangan Melaka is lead by the Senior Deputy Registrar who is a member of the campus State Executive Committee (JKEN). This department is responsible for managing administrative, human resources and providing support services to all staff.

The administrative office at Kampus Alor Gajah is the central administration for UiTM Cawangan Melaka which is responsible for ensuring that the administrative affairs of the three campuses are in line with the UiTM Registrar's Office.

UiTM Cawangan Melaka campus Administration Offices includes:

  1. Kampus Alor Gajah (KAG)
  2. Kampus Bandaraya Melaka (KBM)
  3. Kampus Jasin Melaka (KJM)

Our Objectives

Provide qualified UiTM staff based on the service schemes in force;
  1. Improving the competence of UiTM staff through training and human resource development programs;
  2. Manage UiTM staff service affairs in accordance with the policies and regulations of UiTM and the Government of Malaysia;
  3. Maintain easy-to-refer to UiTM records;
  4. Provide customer friendly UiTM Cawangan Melaka support services.

Charter

We pledge to achieve;
  1. Acknowledgment of receipt of complaint is given feedback within one (1) day from the date the complaint is received;
  2. Process applications that have been supported by the Head of Division & give the decision of the vehicle booking application within 3 working days before the date of use;
  3. A letter of medical guarantee is provided within 5 minutes;
  4. Incoming mail is distributed into the ‘pigeon hole’ of each part / unit within one (1) working day;
  5. 80% of staff undergo training for 42 hours a year.

The total staff of UiTM Cawangan Melaka includes administrators and academicians (Permanent, Contract & Temporary) as well as the breakdown of the total based on campus.

OUR TEAM STRUCTURE


Senior Deputy Registrar led the Administration Office of UiTM Cawangan Melaka Kampus Alor Gajah (KAG) who also acts as the head of the administrative staffing scheme for UiTM Cawangan Melaka.

Meanwhile, UiTM Cawangan Melaka Kampus Bandaraya Melaka (KBM) and UiTM Cawangan Melaka Kampus Jasin Melaka (KJM) are headed by the Senior Assistant Registrar.
